Orders are eligible for full store credit/exchange if returned within 5 days of delivery to our online returns department.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Sale, discounted, and special order items are FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases. All items are inspected prior to shipping for insurance of non-damaged items. If any items are received damaged we will replace them and provide shipping cost.
All returns must meet the following requirements.
- Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of you receiving your order.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached, including any KonTroversi hangtags.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive damaged may be denied. Return Shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by KonTroversi. Final Sale and Special Order items may not be returned.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a store credit if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact us via email (see contact tab) if you have any questions or concerns.
* How should I send my return back?
1. Securely repackage your items in the same or comparable packaging as you have received your item.
2. Enclose a copy of the original invoice.

* Store Credit and Processing Time
If your package arrives at KonTroversi Returns Department within the 5-day timeline specified above, your store credit will be processed for the full amount within 5 days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Any damaged Items you receive from us, should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
